Job summary

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Explain repair and replacement options to customers.
• Prepare estimates, document work, collect payments, and close out jobs using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, equipment information, and system readings.
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and industry best practices.
• Assist less-experienced technicians when needed.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing HVAC company serving the Houston market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician who can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems, communicate well with customers, and work independently. A Texas HVAC license or applicable licensing credentials are strongly preferred, but highly experienced technicians without a license will also be considered.
