Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Extensive residential HVAC experience.
Light commercial experience is a plus.
Texas HVAC license strongly preferred.
EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Explain repair and replacement options to customers.
Prepare estimates, document work, collect payments, and close out jobs using ServiceTitan.
Maintain accurate job notes, photos, equipment information, and system readings.
Follow safety procedures, codes, and industry best practices.
Assist less-experienced technicians when needed.
