Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Southeast is seeking an HVAC Senior Service Technician to perform service and maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems in Columbia, SC. Travel may be required for projects.

The role requires 10+ years of field experience, EPA Universal certification, and OSHA 10 (provided if needed). You will lead a small crew and work with a team to meet deadlines while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment.
• Preference for RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, and boiler experience.
• EPA Universal certification; OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed).
• Ability to lead a small crew and assist with technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Complete daily electronic documentation on handheld device.
• Work independently or with a team to complete tasks on schedule.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain quality workmanship.
