Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in starting, servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration and HVAC units.
• Strong knowledge of safety precautions associated with HVAC work.
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Service and install commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform control wiring and start-up procedures.
• Inspect and adjust new equipment operations for reliable indoor air comfort.
• Handle operation, reclaim, and charging of refrigerants.
• Solder and braze copper piping and install PVC piping for condensation.
• Maintain inventory and supplies of HVAC truck stock.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to repair HVAC equipment.
