Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning/replacing filters, inspecting and replacing worn parts, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
• Explain procedures to customers and advise on upgrades while delivering exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in training.
