FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician II to join our Anderson, SC team. You will diagnose failures, perform maintenance or installations on HVAC systems, and manage service schedules for commercial clients. A strong EPA certification and a proven track record in industrial HVAC are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Manufacturer Certification is preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems and failures in HVAC systems and related equipment to identify repair needs.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts as specified (15 tons+).
• Maintain larger PM contracts with more than 5 units.
• Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls.
• Service and troubleshooting mini-splits and/or smaller RTUs and mini-splits up to 15 tons.
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers.
• Provide elite customer service to every customer.
