FirstCall Mechanical Group in Spartanburg, SC, seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial HVAC, active EPA certification, and a can‑do attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.

You will diagnose, service, and install systems, maintain PM contracts, and provide elite customer service while working with a dedicated service team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Active EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Manufacturer Certification is preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems in HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts for 15 tons+.
• Maintain larger PM contracts with multiple units.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls.
• Service and troubleshooting of mini-splits and small RTUs.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers.
