Job summary

TP Mechanical is hiring HVAC Service Technicians in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time, direct placement role offers a career-focused environment with a 'hire to retire' approach, competitive pay, top benefits, and extensive training paths.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and VRF systems; communicating with customers, vendors, and other trades; and delivering quality service with strong safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Stable work history.
• EPA Type II or Universal Refrigerant License.
• HVAC chiller and boiler certifications a plus
• 5+ years commercial experience in HVAC servicing

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems. VRF system knowledge is a plus.
• Follows up with customers for quality assurance purposes and ensures customers are 100% satisfied.
• Is well prepared to handle issues that may come up.
• Dependable and able to work in emergency situations when called.
