MXI Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems. You will work directly with customers, serve as a technical resource to peers, and contribute to a four-day workweek with 40 hours guaranteed.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, experience with cooling towers and water-side systems, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. EPA certs and BAS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience servicing cooling towers, pumps, and water-side HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Work independently to resolve complex service issues in the field.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per manufacturer requirements and industry standards.
