Job summary
Perfection Group is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Columbus team in Ohio. You will service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while delivering safe, high-quality work.
The role emphasizes troubleshooting, customer communication, and hands-on problem solving, with opportunities to mentor less-experienced technicians and participate in ongoing training. A company vehicle and on-call rotation are provided, with paid drive time and relocation
Qualifications
- Five or more years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
- Understanding of commercial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues.
- Explain repairs and next steps clearly to customers.
- Document service calls, repairs, and resolutions accurately.
- Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule.
