Job summary

You will service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftops, and heat pumps, while communicating clearly with customers and coordinating with dispatch.

The role requires five+ years of experience, EPA 608 certification, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork as you support a diverse commercial client base.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Section 608 certification.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of HVAC systems.
• Experience servicing chillers, boilers, and complex commercial equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional customer and team communication.
• Dependability, personal accountability, and a team-first mindset.
• Commitment to safe, accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify concerns before they become costly failures.
• Communicate clearly with customers about equipment conditions, recommended repairs, and next steps.
• Manage service calls independently while coordinating with dispatch and operations.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to less-experienced technicians.
• Work safely and represent Perfection Group professionally at every customer location.
