tdgFacilities is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati, OH. The position focuses on chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems, with responsibilities spanning installation, maintenance, and repair.

You will lead installations, manage service tasks, and maintain client relationships while using mobile reporting and a work-order system. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HVAC, 3+ years on chillers and boilers, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC experience.
• 3+ years of chiller experience.
• 3+ years of boiler experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/diagnose/repair chillers, boilers, and commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on VRF, VAV, AHU/MHU, cooling towers and BAS controls.
• Lead HVAC installations of varying size and complexity.
• Safely use equipment and follow procedures.
• Keep service visit records and equipment installations up to date.
• Maintain truck stock and inventory per guidelines.
• Build and maintain client relationships; participate in meetings.
• Use mobile tech for reporting and real-time updates.
• Stay current on HVAC trends and best practices.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
