Central Mechanical Services LLC is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician for Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role leads technical operations for complex chillers, boilers, hydronics, and controls, mentoring junior techs while ensuring safe, high-quality work in a fast-growing, family-owned company.

The position emphasizes diagnosis, repair, and field leadership with strong customer-facing responsibilities and a commitment to ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Advanced expertise diagnosing and servicing commercial chillers and hot-water boilers.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, hydronic blueprints, and manuals.
• Proven safe, independent field work with high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on commercial chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, combustion, and control issues using wiring diagrams.
• Service VFDs, AHU equipment, pumps, and integrated control systems for peak performance.
• Represent the site onsite with facility managers, ensuring clear professional communication.
• Mentor junior technicians to improve safety, skills, and execution on projects.
• Document equipment findings, service reports, and recommended solutions.
