Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC service or a related field.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, service & repair all types of commercial & industrial equipment including roof-top units.
• CFC/ EPA certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to provide clear explanations of services performed and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Document service work in detail, including findings, repairs, and recommendations for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and regulations.
