Job summary

Masters Heating & Cooling is a major HVAC dealer serving Northern Indiana and expanding into Lima, OH. We seek a qualified HVAC Technician to service customers in Lima and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician with strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean record.
• EPA and NATE certifications preferred.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete services efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client questions.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Be available for on-call, overtime, and weekend work during peak seasons.

We are seeking qualified service technicians for positions to service customers in Lima OH, Van Wert and surrounding areas.
