Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC- Refrigeration Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC and light industrial equipment, manage inventories, and ensure readiness of parts and supplies.

Local travel within a 2.5 hour radius of your residence is expected. The role requires minimum 5 years of experience with commercial HVAC-R equipment (walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, ice machines, coolers), EPA Certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Candidates should be cross-trained on additional equipment for year-round work.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Must provide own set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical components.
• Repair and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Locate source of problems by observing equipment and listening for issues.
• Provide daily reports and communicate with store managers and supervisors.
• Adhere to OSHA and DOC safety regulations.
