The FP&A professional will own full financial planning and analysis for the Ensure brand, partnering with Commercial to build monthly and annual sales and expense forecasts and translate them into a complete P&L for quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in diversified finance/accounting roles.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and oral/written communication skills.
• Proven critical thinking to identify business implications of financial results.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full financial planning and analysis for the Ensure brand.
• Collaborate with Commercial to build monthly and annual sales and expense forecasts and convert into full P&L for quarterly LBE deliverables.
• Prepare schedules for Corporate submissions and forecast review meetings.
• Produce meaningful and accurate forecast.
• Communicate forecast assumptions and analysis to Finance leadership and Ensure brand partners.
• Report and analyze monthly close results, communicating variances to leadership.
• Provide financial support, recommendations and insight to brand partners and Finance on brand opportunities.
• Assess reasonableness and relevance of financial assumptions by highlighting risks and opportunities.
