You will work on projects across offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces, applying high standards of quality and safety.

You will operate a range of floor care machinery, mentor junior technicians when needed, and collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial floor care or restoration experience.
• Experience performing VCT stripping and refinishing projects.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial facility floor restoration tasks (VCT stripping, refinishing, waxing, sealing).
• Load, unload, and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure job sites are secure after project completion and follow safety policies.
