We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas is seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join the team on a remote basis. You will handle high-value disputes for major financial institutions and work closely with partner leadership from day one.

The role involves leading complex commercial litigation nationwide, representing lenders in workouts and foreclosures, and managing CMBS-related disputes with substantial client exposure.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Significant experience representing financial institutions, servicers, or lenders in commercial disputes.
• Strong background in commercial real estate litigation and secured creditor remedies.
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across the United States.
• Represent financial institutions, servicers, and lenders in workouts, foreclosures, and secured creditor remedies.
• Manage CMBS related loan servicing disputes, note sales, receiverships, and contested bankruptcy matters.
• Handle UCC sales, mezzanine loan enforcement, replevin actions, lender liability defenses, and business disputes.
• Take substantive ownership of arbitration, title insurance, and commercial lease litigation with direct partner access.

This role offers direct access to sophisticated, multi jurisdiction financial services and real estate disputes with substantive ownership from day one. You will work closely with partner leadership on high value matters for major financial institutions while building a credible platform for long term advancement on a national and international stage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Services Litigation Attorney with:

• At least 8 years of complex commercial litigation experience with increasing responsibility
• Significant experience representing financial institutions, servicers, or lenders in commercial disputes
• Strong background in commercial real estate litigation and secured creditor remedies
• J D from an accredited law school and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Active California bar or ability to obtain promptly and comfort working fully remote
• $295,000 to $315,000 base salary depending on experience
• Performance based bonus opportunity
