Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to lead bid work and emergency response projects. You will interface with clients, gather requirements, and craft creative, cost-effective solutions using available resources.

You will manage estimates, scheduling, stakeholder and subcontractor communication, and final billing, while developing new opportunities through collaboration with business development colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial construction estimating for high rises/offices.
• Ability to assemble bids and turnkey proposals for clients.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and subcontractors.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 emergency response environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, employees, subcontractors, and clients.
• Research and consult with SMEs to estimate and solve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimation, production scheduling, and client/subcontractor communication from start to finish.
• Develop new opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Produce turnkey proposals and manage final billing on completed jobs.
• Coordinate resources and ensure project performance meets standards.
