Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager with Public Works experience in Southern California. This in‑person role will lead civil and electrical projects from bid through completion, ensuring compliance with agency requirements and company profitability.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of exclusive Public Works experience and oversight of projects ranging from $1M to $35M. Collaboration with estimators, controls, and public agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Public Works experience.
• Experience managing Public Works from bid to closeout.
• Familiarity with agency inspections, documentation, schedules, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project cost and revenue for Public Works contracts.
• Coordinate with estimators and controls to budgets compliant with agencies.
• Lead Public Works bids to ensure bid‑to‑build consistency.
• Manage schedules, change orders, and financial reporting on projects.
• Maintain relationships with public agencies, inspectors, subs, and teams.
