Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a senior commercial estimator with extensive experience in interior tenant fit-outs and retail projects. You will lead estimates from bid through contract execution, review drawings, develop schedules, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

This hybrid role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction with 8–10 years in estimating, plus strong Procore and MS Office skills. Residence within 50 miles of the office and some travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction.
• 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Experience with interior tenant fit-outs required.
• Retail tenant fit-out experience preferred.
• Some ground-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings and bid documents to identify requirements and constraints.
• Prepare and maintain construction schedules.
• Develop and issue RFIs related to drawings and bids.
• Negotiate final contracts with subcontractors on scope, price and terms.
• Interact professionally with clients and subcontractors throughout the process.
• Communicate with team members and clients to keep projects moving forward.
• Travel as required and use Procore to support estimating and project activities.
