Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced estimator to manage commercial construction projects from bid through contract execution.

The role emphasizes interior tenant fit-outs, with a preference for retail tenant experience, and requires strong organizational and negotiation skills. You will prepare estimates, review bid documents, develop schedules, issue RFIs, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in commercial construction.
8–10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
Experience with interior tenant fit-outs required.
Retail tenant fit-out experience preferred.
Some ground-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects.
Review drawings and bid documents to identify requirements.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive construction schedules.
Develop and issue RFIs relating to drawings and bid documents.
Negotiate final contracts with subcontractors on scope, price and terms.
Interact with clients and subcontractors throughout estimating and construction.
Communicate with team and clients to keep projects moving forward.
Travel as required.
