Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced commercial construction estimator to lead bids from inception to contract execution, focusing on interior and retail tenant fit-outs within a dynamic project environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in commercial construction and 8–10 years in estimating, with strong Procore and Microsoft Office skills, excellent negotiation, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work is available for qualified candidates within 50 miles of the office.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction.
• 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Experience with interior tenant fit-outs required; retail tenant fit-outs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings and bid documents to identify requirements.
• Prepare and maintain construction schedules.
• Develop and issue RFIs relating to drawings and bid documents.
• Negotiate final contracts with subcontractors.
• Interact professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Travel as required.
