Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction or facility maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specs.
• Strong math and analytic skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and renovation projects.
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors; develop labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Analyze bids, track estimate status, and maintain bid logs.
• Coordinate with project teams to validate scope and assumptions.
• Prepare professional proposals and bid packages for clients.
