Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator for a growing General Contractor with a strong backlog of ground-up commercial projects. The role focuses on detailed estimates, multi-project management, and close collaboration with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in estimating and a solid understanding of budgeting, margins, and change orders. A Construction Management background is preferred but not required, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
