• Estimate Preparation & Bid Execution: Prepare estimates and bid packages accurately and on time.
• Takeoff, Pricing & Scope Discipline: Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews with clear assumptions.
• Vendor, Material & Cost Coordination: Gather quotes and manage material availability.
• Handoff & Preconstruction Support: Transition projects to PMs with clear documentation.
• Continuous Learning & Team Improvement: Follow standards and refine tools.
