Job summary

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer to manage a portfolio of commercial escrow accounts across multiple states. You will establish new accounts, maintain records, and act as the escrow agent, ensuring accurate postings and strong customer service.

The role requires the ability to work independently, while also collaborating with brokers and clients to develop referrals and grow the business. A professional approach to multi-site transactions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial escrow accounts and maintain records.
• Act as escrow agent and manage escrow files for commercial clients.
• Serve a portfolio of commercial customers and brokers, driving referrals.
• Maintain escrow accounting system and customer database records.
• Review escrow reports for accuracy against records.
• Handle multi-state and multi-site escrow transactions.
