Job summary

Godot Consulting Group is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our national team. The role focuses on establishing new commercial accounts, maintaining escrow records, and managing a portfolio of commercial clients and brokers with a commitment to high service levels.

The candidate will handle records in escrow systems, review reports for accuracy, and coordinate multi-state, multi-site transactions, requiring organizational excellence and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to shift priorities easily.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer Service.
• Ability to work independently; and also function as a team member.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial accounts.
• Maintain escrow records and files and acts as escrow agent.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned commercial customers and brokers; provide high-level customer service and develop referrals.
• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database.
• Review escrow reports against escrow records to ensure accuracy of posted escrow transactions.
• Capable of managing multi-state and multi-site transactions.
