Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial Energy Auditor to verify installations for small to mid-size commercial buildings. You will act as the on-site representative in the Philadelphia area, handling inspections, troubleshooting, and customer interactions to promote program participation.

The role requires independence, good organization, and strong communication. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are essential, with energy-efficiency experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy verifications for small, less complex commercial buildings.

• Serve as on-site representative, encouraging program participation.
• Travel within defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
• Monday–Friday (no weekends).
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Target Compensation

$27-$28

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
