Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrician experience; HVAC equipment experience preferred.
Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and circuits, including power, controls, relays, starters, safeties, interlocks, and motor circuits.
Added benefit: BAS/controls experience with low-voltage controls, BACnet, or Niagara/Tridium.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems, circuits, relays, starters, disconnects, and power/control wiring.
Install, wire, start up, and troubleshoot VFDs serving pumps, fans, AHUs, chillers, and HVAC equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, panel drawings, and control drawings.
Support HVAC equipment start-up, retrofit work, service repairs, and controls installation projects.
