Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS), a division of The Donohoe Companies, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee HVAC service operations, preventative maintenance, and repair activities across commercial settings in the DC area. You will direct labor, materials, and equipment to meet contract obligations and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment, estimating repairs, drafting proposals, and coordinating field technicians.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing HVAC equipment and system problems.
• Estimate repairs and installations of HVAC equipment.
• Draft and provide proposals to customers.
• Order materials and equipment for repairs and installations.
• Assist with scheduling of field technicians for installations and repairs.
• Interface with building personnel and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
