LumaNation Electric in Dallas, TX is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our commercial power and control teams. You will work alongside Journeymen and Foremen to build your career while gaining hands-on field experience and training.

The role focuses on installing conduit, wiring, and distribution equipment, following safety protocols and OSHA guidelines, with opportunities for overtime and growth. A Texas Apprentice Electrician License, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial environments.
• Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License and a valid driver’s license.
• Solid understanding of NEC and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read basic schematics and electrical blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed Journeymen with installing commercial conduit, wiring, and electrical distribution equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by following safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment with precision.
• Prepare wire pulls, junction boxes, and panel terminations under supervision.
• Inspect incoming project materials and tools to ensure stock and efficiency.

You will work alongside experienced Journeymen and Foremen to master commercial power, lighting, and control systems. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Assist licensed Journeymen with installing commercial conduit, wiring, and electrical distribution equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by following all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment with precision and care.
• Prepare wire pulls, junction boxes, and panel terminations under direct field supervision.
• Inspect incoming project materials and tools to ensure the jobsite remains fully stocked and efficient.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to representing company values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial environments.
• Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License and a valid driver’s license.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical theory, National Electrical Code (NEC), and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read basic schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in active field environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Enrolled in or graduate of a formal electrical trade school or apprenticeship program.
• Prior experience working on commercial ground-up construction or controls projects.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
