You will log hours, prepare job photos, coordinate with the Project Manager, and handle on-call duties with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Completion of degree or certification from an electrical trade school.
• Experience with field service and performing electrical tasks in commercial environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled jobs and log hours in field service software.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
• Upload job photos and receipts; maintain communication with the Project Manager and check email daily.
• Submit timesheets and provide top-tier customer service in every interaction.
