Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician in Florida. This role requires 10+ years of field experience, a trade school certification or degree, and expert-level knowledge of electrical codes. The technician works full-time, with a company vehicle and Monday–Friday hours.

We are a 24x7 division; on-call rotation is required (approximately every six weeks). The successful candidate will be professional, customer-focused, and ready to grow with Titan Electric.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience in electrical service.
• Trade school certification or degree is required.
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable to perform the job.
• Bonus if you’ve done electrical service work before.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time and be ready to work on routine or high-priority calls.
• Troubleshoot issues on the fly and fix them right the first time.
• Keep solid records by uploading photos, notes, and receipts in the field service app.
• Communicate with the Project Manager and submit timesheets on time.
• Be the face of the company with professional, courteous, service-first conduct on every job.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician to join our team. Someone with 8 years of experience as a service technician who can troubleshoot on the fly, solve problems without shortcuts, and show up for customers the way you'd want someone to show up for you. This role is hands-on, full-time, and comes with a company vehicle, Monday–Friday hours, and opportunities to keep growing your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Show up on time, ready to work, whether it's a routine job or a high-priority call.
• Fix things right the first time. That means using your knowledge, asking the right questions, and troubleshooting effectively.
• Keep solid records, uploading photos, notes, and receipts in our field service app when the job’s done.
• Communicate with your team (especially the Project Manager), check email daily, and submit your timesheets on time.
• Be the face of the company to our customers. That means professional, courteous, and service-first — every time. You’ll be the face of our team on the job, so you’ll need to communicate with customers in a calm, professional way, keeping things clear, friendly, and easy to understand.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in the field. You’ve seen a lot, and you know how to handle it.
• A trade school certification or degree.
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes and standards — and the ability to apply them in the real world.
• A get-it-done attitude and the independence to manage your own work without a lot of hand-holding.
• The physical ability to do the job — safely and reliably.
• Bonus if you’ve done electrical service work before, but not required.

Hours + Extras

• We are a 24x7 division.
• Your time begins when you arrive to the job site.
• On-call and emergency rotation required (we’ll keep it fair, currently it's once every six weeks).
• Company vehicle provided.
• Ongoing training to help you stay sharp and grow.
