Neal Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium to large commercial electrical projects for our Commercial & Special Projects Division in Southern California. The role emphasizes profitability, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management, with strong budgeting and scheduling skills and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and crews. Accubid experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing commercial electrical projects.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Accubid and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-size commercial electrical projects from $3M to $12M.
• Control risk and minimize uncertainty in project decisions.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, materials, subs and crews stay on target.
• Review expenses and support billing with schedule of values per contract.
• Oversee change orders and contract compliance.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and safety requirements.
