Neal Electric is seeking a Project Manager to oversee medium to large commercial electrical projects in Southern California. The role requires 4+ years of project management experience in the commercial electrical industry, with emphasis on profitability, teamwork and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and crews; approving expenses; guiding billing and handling change orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working in the commercial electrical industry actively managing projects.
• Accubid, and scheduling programs preferred
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-size commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Control project risk, budget, schedules, materials, subcontractors and crews to ensure profitability.
• Review expenses and ensure proper charging to each job and phase code.
• Provide guidance to billing on costs and contract requirements.
• Oversee change orders and scope adjustments and corresponding payments.
• Ensure contract compliance and protect the company against liabilities and liens.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and startup problems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
