Neal Electric is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead small to large commercial electrical projects within our Service and Commercial Divisions.

The role focuses on profitability, teamwork, and client satisfaction while overseeing budgets, schedules, materials, sub-contractors and crews. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction or related fields, are proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook, and may hold a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction or related field.
• 120+ hours of further education.
• Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from $100K to $20M in commercial electrical.
• Control risk and minimize uncertainty to protect profitability.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, materials, sub-contractors and crews stay on target.
• Oversee changes orders and related billing considerations.
• Monitor contract compliance and protect company against liabilities and liens.
