Job summary

Project Resource Collective LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager 2 to lead small to medium commercial electrical construction projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of PM experience in commercial electrical and can mentor junior staff while maintaining strong customer satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4 years of commercial electrical construction or project management experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• 40 hours of relevant continuing education or professional development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium-sized commercial electrical projects ranging from approximately $100K to $1M.
• Manage a portfolio of projects with total workload of approximately $2M–$5M.
• Oversee the change order process and manage scope, schedule, cost, or payment changes.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and support business development efforts.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Project Managers and Project Engineers.
