Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical project management or field leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to visit jobsites across greater Jacksonville.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC, and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout and warranty phases.
• Establish budgets, cost codes, labor forecasts, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Negotiate change orders, process submittals, and oversee subcontracts to maximize profitability.
• Conduct jobsite visits to verify progress and safety compliance; direct field teams.
• Lead kickoff and turnover meetings with estimating, accounting, and purchasing units.
• Maintain complete project documentation including RFIs, billings, cash-flow reports, and schedules.
