Fountain Services, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from estimating handoff through closeout. You will lead planning, coordinate field operations, manage financial performance, and build strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical construction, proven leadership, and fluency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Leadership experience as Foreman, Superintendent, or PM roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial electrical construction projects.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, productivity, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and GC's.
• Coordinate purchasing, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Partner with field leadership to optimize manpower and project execution.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specs.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct jobsite visits and facilitate project meetings.
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
