Precision Walls, Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead field crews on commercial drywall projects.

You will preplan, organize, track, and audit day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring on-time completion and safety. Ideal candidates have at least five years of drywall experience, strong communication with GC's, and ability to manage subcontractors, time sheets, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Understand drywall and ceiling industry’s materials and methods.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Quality control and material management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reports.
• Documentation: daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFIs.
• Punctuality and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer/tech skills (tablets, mobile devices).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations on-site.
• Coordinate workforce and subcontractors to meet production targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate job progress reports and material usage.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Communicate with General Contractors and customers to outline execution plans.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain orderly time sheets.
