Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead on-site drywall operations, plan schedules, and manage crews across multiple projects.

You will supervise field workers, track hours, and ensure timely completion with a strong focus on safety and quality for commercial projects. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of drywall experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with GCs and clients while maintaining

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences & order.
• Quality control and material management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Documentation skills: Daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFIs.
• Punctuality and attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
• Able to communicate with General Contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations of workers and hours on-site.
• Coordinate direction and issues with subcontractor employees to avoid co-employer issues.
• Respect safety procedures and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Ensure accurate time sheets for workers and timely submissions.
• Report to the General Superintendent or Superintendents and present an organized execution plan.
• Manage workforce by evaluating, placement, monitoring and performance.
• Prepare and review job progress reports including completion, materials, labor usage, and issues.
• Communicate plans clearly to GC and customers.
• Oversee on-site operations for commercial drywall systems.
