Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead field operations on-site. The role requires planning, organizing and auditing daily labor, coordinating with general contractors and customers, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout drywall projects.

You will supervise foremen and subcontractors, ensure timely timekeeping, and report progress. A minimum of five years in commercial drywall and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Understand drywall and ceiling industry materials and methods; willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences & order.
• Quality control and material management skills.
• Documentation skills: daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFIs.
• Punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations of workers on-site.
• Manage workforce by evaluating, placement, monitoring and performance.
• Communicate plans clearly with General Contractors and customers.
• Ensure accurate time sheets, attendance, and sign-in for subcontractors.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment following company standards.
• Prepare and present job progress reports on completion, materials, and labor usage.
