Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead on-site crews, preplan work, and ensure safe, quality execution for commercial drywall projects in Tennessee.

You will supervise day-to-day field operations, coordinate with general contractors, and maintain accurate time and material records. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial drywall experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and sequences/order.
• Quality control and material management skills.
• Documentation skills: daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFIs.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Plan, preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations.
• Manage workforce by evaluating, placement, monitoring and controlling performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer service on site.
• Maintain accurate time sheets and sign-ins for workers and subs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper labor deployment.
• Communicate organized execution plans to crews.
