This role involves estimating drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes, as well as using OST and Quick Bid to prepare bids. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in commercial estimating, strong organizational skills, and a background in handling projects valued over $1M. Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing.
• Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes.
• Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids.
• Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules.
