Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC partners with a well-established commercial drywall contractor to hire an Estimator for large-scale metal stud framing and drywall projects across healthcare, education, retail, and office sectors.

The Estimator will prepare bids by estimating drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes; use OST and Quick Bid; collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams; and attend pre-bid meetings to manage bid schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing.
• Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with jobs $1M+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes.
• Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids.
• Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules.
