Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial drywall and interior systems.
• Reading drawings and performing detailed takeoffs.
• Experience with estimating software such as Quick Bid, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, BuzzBid or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall and interior construction projects.
• Complete quantity takeoffs and review drawings/specifications.
• Analyze project scope, labor, materials, and subcontractor/vendor pricing.
• Work closely with project managers, leadership, clients, and trade partners.
• Review bid documents, identify risks, and provide accurate pricing strategies.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, project reviews, and turnover meetings.
• Help maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors.
