Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the commercial door service industry.
• AAADM certification a plus.
• Knowledge of door types, brands, and hardware.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial doors, docks, and related hardware.
• Diagnose door-related issues like springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Install and configure door hardware including locks, closers, and access control.
• Ensure safety and building code compliance.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports.
