Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding skills as required.

• Interest in advancing beyond field work into leadership and operational roles.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed roll-up doors and related dock equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Engage with customers, build relationships, and identify service opportunities.
• Assist with estimates, project bidding, parts sourcing, and developing technicians as needed.
